Initial Inbound Message

A property owner may initiate contact by sending the first SMS to 540-401-8989.

Sending the initial SMS does not complete the SMS opt-in process.

After receiving the initial SMS, our system sends one confirmation request that says:

The initial SMS authorizes only this confirmation request. No additional text messages will be sent unless the property owner replies YES.

Reply YES Consent

To consent to receive text messages, the property owner must reply YES to the confirmation request.

After the property owner replies YES, our system sends the following confirmation:

“Chris Buys Any Property: You are opted in to receive texts about your property inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

After the property owner completes this process, messages may include:

• Responses to property inquiries

• Requested property information

• Questions about the property and the owner’s selling goals

• Conversation summaries

• Requests for information needed to evaluate the property

• Follow ups related to the specific property inquiry

• Coordination concerning potential next steps

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving an offer, using our website, or doing business with us.

If the property owner does not reply YES, no additional text messages will be sent.

SMS Opt-Out And Help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Other recognized opt-out requests may include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final automated message confirming that the request was processed.

After the opt-out request is processed, no additional text messages will be sent unless you separately initiate contact and complete a new consent process where required.
